CANCELLATION & RETURNS

All sales are final. Exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Press to Talk Gadgets (the Seller).
If an exception is made, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply along with the following conditions:

Cancellation

  • Cancellations that are made within in 12 hours of placing an order will not be charged a re-stocking fee. In all other cases, a re-stocking fee or 25% applies.

  • No refund for cancelled Special Order items and such cancellations are further subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Once shipped from Press to Talk Gadgets, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • Merchandise may be returned at the Purchaser's expense.

  • There is a re-stocking fee of 25% of the total cost of any returned item(s).

  • Only items for which an Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) exists will be accepted for Return. 
    Contact our office -- by phone or email -- within 5 days of receiving your order to obtain a RMA before returning any merchandise.

  • Returns must be shipped back to the seller at the buyers expense within 10 days of obtaining a RMA. Collect shipments (C.O.D.) will NOT be accepted by the Seller.

  • All Returns must be sent using a trackable shipment method and the tracking number(s) must be supplied to the Seller at the time the Return is shipped. This allows both the Buyer & PTT Gadgets to track the shipment.

  • The merchandise must be in the original packaging in the original and undamaged condition. All product documentation must be with the return

  • We reserve the Right to refuse any return if the product or packaging is in unacceptable condition.

  • Shipping and handling fees paid to the Seller for the initial order are non-refundable.
