CANCELLATION & RETURNS
All sales are final. Exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Press to Talk Gadgets (the Seller).
If an exception is made, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply along with the following conditions:
Cancellation

Cancellations that are made within in 12 hours of placing an order will not be charged a re-stocking fee. In all other cases, a re-stocking fee or 25% applies.

No refund for cancelled Special Order items and such cancellations are further subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Once shipped from Press to Talk Gadgets, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns

Merchandise may be returned at the Purchaser's expense.

There is a re-stocking fee of 25% of the total cost of any returned item(s).

Only items for which an Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) exists will be accepted for Return.
Contact our office -- by phone or email -- within 5 days of receiving your order to obtain a RMA before returning any merchandise. -
Returns must be shipped back to the seller at the buyers expense within 10 days of obtaining a RMA. Collect shipments (C.O.D.) will NOT be accepted by the Seller.

All Returns must be sent using a trackable shipment method and the tracking number(s) must be supplied to the Seller at the time the Return is shipped. This allows both the Buyer & PTT Gadgets to track the shipment.

The merchandise must be in the original packaging in the original and undamaged condition. All product documentation must be with the return

We reserve the Right to refuse any return if the product or packaging is in unacceptable condition.

Shipping and handling fees paid to the Seller for the initial order are non-refundable.
